My name is Carina Zacharias and I'm thrilled that you're visiting my author homepage. Writing books isn't my main job, but it's a big and important part of my life.

Even when I was in kindergarten, I was already recording stories on cassettes and telling my little sister a bedtime story every night. As soon as I learned to write, I filled notebook after notebook. When I was 14, I wrote my first book "Der Wunschbengel." Since then, several more have followed.

My second great passion besides literature is nature. That's why I studied landscape ecology and environmental sustainability and am involved in nature conservation on a voluntary basis. After completing another bachelor's degree in computer science, I currently work as a software developer in environmental informatics.

For several years now I have also been a book blogger on YouTube and Instagram where I post reviews and talk about my own bookish projects.
